South Florida’s largest New Year’s Eve celebration was held at Bay Park in downtown Miami.
This huge street party was held from 8 pm on December 31st to 12:30 am and lasted until January 1st. Thousands of people participated in the celebration. New Year’s Eve at Bayfront Park is a grand ball-one of the best in Miami. In the warm winter, great music, grand parties, cruises and concerts are a relaxing way to meet family and friends in the coming year. Miami’s traditional celebrations are called “Big Oranges.” This is one of the official countdowns in the United States. At midnight, huge fireworks light up the sky.
