The fair will close on Saturday, December 4, a day earlier than usual
This means that in 2023, ticket-buying visitors will be able to discover outstanding contributions by hundreds of artists at the Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) from Thursday, December 2 to Saturday, December 4. Wednesday, December 1 will remain a VIP Preview Day as in past years, and will be accessible by invitation only.
The health and safety of visitors and participants is Art Basel’s utmost priority, and the fair is working closely with the relevant authorities and following international public health recommendations to ensure a safe show come December. To better control the occupancy of the halls, only a limited number of tickets will be sold. They will be available to purchase online as of October. Attendees can look forward to a wide range of artistic contributions – from installations by some of today’s most promising young voices to paintings by 20th-century masters. In addition, cultural institutions across the region will be hosting engaging exhibitions and events as well.
